Services Provided

Service includes the following:  

1. Mowing with a professional grade mower. 

 

2. Line trimming all the areas on the property including fences, around posts, trees, and curbs.

 

3. Edging the sidewalks, driveways, and curbs with a metal blade edger (if applicable)

 

Lawn Mowing- Expect a $40 minimum

for weekly mowing.  Prices vary based on size of lawn and difficulty.

Service includes pruning and trimming of all shrubbery / hedges to a healthy size. Cleanup and debris removal.

 

HEDGE/SHRUB TRIMMING- Ornamental trees and shrubs only.  Pricing based on hourly rate and debris removal. 

Service includes mulching of all landscape beds and providing a fresh 2” layer of premium colored mulch.

 

MULCH INSTALLATION- Pricing based on the amount, and type of mulch requested.   Transport cost added to final invoice.

Spring Cleanup:  First mowing, leaves, debris clean up, and first edging of sidewalks and driveway. 

 

Fall Cleanup: Final winterizing cut, blowing of leaves from landscape beds and cutbacks of perennials and tall grasses. 

 

SPRING OR FALL CLEANUPS- Pricing based on hourly rate.  Disposal rate varies on amount of debris to be transported off site.
